I had a severe headache when I arrived in Cameron Highlands, and when I checked my blood pressure, it was 170/100. I was very worried, so I contacted the clinic via WhatsApp late at night. Even though it was already quite late, the nurse responded promptly, kindly, and professionally, which gave me great reassurance. The next morning, I visited the clinic for treatment. The doctor took the time to explain that my blood pressure had likely increased because I had a fever. He also taught me relaxation techniques and proper breathing exercises to help me stay calm and manage my anxiety. I highly recommend this clinic for its outstanding service, caring and knowledgeable medical team, effective treatment, and reasonably priced medications. Thank you for making me feel well cared for during a stressful time.

As soon as I entered the doctor’s room, the doctor only asked a few common questions without being friendly and looked very tired or rushed. The check-up was extremely brief. just checking my blood pressure and breathing before asking me to collect my medicine outside. What disappointed me the most was that there was no proper explanation about my condition or what illness I actually had. The consultation did not even last five minutes. As a patient, I expected proper care and communication, not just medicine without explanation. Personally, I would not recommend this clinic. I hope the clinic can improve its service and treat patients with more professionalism and sincerity.

At the time of my visit, I was 6 months pregnant and experiencing body aches and headache. Despite clearly explaining my condition, I did not receive a proper medical examination. No basic checks, including blood pressure measurement, were conducted. Instead, I was told by the doctor that I was misusing a medical certificate, which I found inappropriate and unprofessional. Due to worsening symptoms, I later sought treatment at the emergency department, where my blood pressure was recorded at 140. I was immediately admitted for further monitoring, and it was later confirmed that I was suffering from influenza. As a pregnant patient, I believe my concerns should have been taken seriously and assessed thoroughly. The lack of proper examination and the assumptions made about my condition could have led to serious complications. I hope this matter is reviewed to ensure better care and professionalism for future patients.

Very3 good service and fast reposnse by front desk staff and doctor also very proffesional like in korean movie dah..i call them to conform either can give iv drip to my son because of dehydrated. They straight give fast treatment when we arrive. Before that waiting for 3 hour at gov hospital only 1 doctor standby while got many patient. Bravo to the doctor and all staff of this polyclinic. walked up at 2am with a pretty bad case of tonsillitis that was making it hard to breathe & within 25 minutes I was out the door with a bag full of antibiotics. Seriously the kindest people, I cannot thank them enough for helping me tonight.

Honestly, from the heart, even at 3 a.m. the staff still provided the best and friendliest service. The on-call doctor was also excellent, kind and approachable. Good job to all the staff, and not to forget, the consultation and medication prices were very reasonable.

I had a very good experience at Poliklinik Al Farhain in Cameron Highlands. The clinic is clean, well-organized, and easy to find. What really impressed me was the doctor – he was so kind, patient, and very helpful with my baby. He took his time to explain everything clearly and made sure we felt comfortable. What touched me the most is that he didn’t even charge me for the first consultation, which shows how much he cares about people more than money. This kind of kindness is rare and made me trust this clinic even more. The staff were also polite and professional, and we didn’t have to wait too long. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone visiting Cameron Highlands who needs medical care, especially families with kids. You will feel well taken care of here.
