First, the staff is really arrogant. Patients come in to register and don't even greet or smile.

Second, the doctor is also arrogant. Mind you, I was 36 weeks pregnant the other day and that morning I couldn't even walk because for some reason my right leg couldn't stand straight. It hurt really, really bad. So I decided to take MC and go to private clinic because I was lazy to wait for a long time in KK. (During my pregnancy, that was my first time taking MC because it really wasn't worth it). Then I told the DR I wanted MC and told him about my leg. She gave me a look like I just wanted MC because I was lazy to go to work. I said my right leg felt like it was crazy loose and I couldn't stand straight even this morning. And her response was "don't do it, our legs won't be loose" while laughing sarcastically. Even though I said KINDLY LOOSE, not REALLY LOOSE. She was really angry. There shouldn't be many patients in this clinic, the service is bad 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Just went there yesterday. Reasonable prices even though it's midnight. Entered the clinic and there were staff waiting to register. Didn't have to wait long 🥰 love it. Didn't go to another clinic. The doctor was also friendly today, he had a detailed explanation. No wonder so many people came. There's a backstage here. Sene. The staff are also smiling, they are nice and answer questions when you ask. Next time I want to come for dental implants.

I had a dental filling done the other day and then after more than a month, I just went to check my teeth at KK + wanted to have my teeth scaled & the Dr. said the filling before (I did it at Al-Farahain clinic) was not okay (the filling was not right & the filling didn't even cover the tooth hole). It's not worth paying a lot but the results are just average. After that, I'll just go to KK even though there's a long queue because going to a private clinic to save time is useless if the results are out.

Greetings. I'm a little disappointed that the doctor doesn't understand the issue of contact between men and women. He should wear gloves when he has a female patient. Don't take steps that are too easy. May Allah forgive all of our sins. Aamiin.
